Telzino - turn any extension into an AI voice agent
Telzino registers as a SIP extension on the PBX you already run, then answers,
qualifies, routes, and books. Five minutes from signup to first call. No SBC
changes, no number porting, no new hardware. If your PBX can register an
extension, it can run a Telzino agent.
How it works
- Sign up and pick a template - receptionist, message taking, scheduler, or after-hours helpdesk, or start blank.
- Create the extension - add a SIP extension on your PBX and register it to Telzino, exactly like adding a desk phone.
- Dial it - your agent answers on the first call. Adjust the prompt live while it runs.
Works with any PBX or SIP server
Telzino registers as a standard SIP extension, so it works with any SIP platform
that supports extension registration - including Netsapiens, Metaswitch, BroadSoft
and Avaya. No proprietary connector, no vendor lock-in, no change to your dial plan.
On Netsapiens it goes further: the Telzino app runs inside the Netsapiens user
portal alongside Answering Rules and Time Frames, and can be switched on per
customer. The agent reads the org directory, follows your timeframes, verifies
callers by extension and voicemail PIN, updates call forwarding, starts password
resets, sends and reads SMS, and posts chat notifications to PBX users.
Outbound campaigns with ViciDial
Telzino connects to ViciDial for outbound calling campaigns. It reads your campaigns
and lead lists directly from ViciDial, places the calls, and runs the agent script
when someone answers. Calls can be transferred to a human rep mid-call, and
dispositions are written back to ViciDial so existing reporting and recycle rules
keep working. Nothing is exported or re-keyed, and ViciDial stays the place the
campaign is managed. Details at telzino.com/outbound.
Agent templates
- Receptionist - understands what the caller needs and routes to the right person or department, replacing multi-level auto-attendants.
- Message Taker - captures detailed messages and relays them with full context.
- Scheduler - knows your calendar and books appointments.
- After Hours Helpdesk - asks the right questions, escalates, and opens trouble tickets.
- Outbound - works a contact list, has the conversation, and transfers the qualified calls to a rep; runs ViciDial campaigns.
- Appointment Reminder - outbound calls that confirm or reschedule and update the calendar.
- Interpreter - joins the call as a third party and interprets in real time.
- Notetaker - joins the call, captures what was said, and writes it back to your tools.
Integrations
- Microsoft Teams - Direct Routing or Operator Connect, Teams directory lookup, and Adaptive Call Cards that show caller intent while the phone is still ringing.
- Model Context Protocol (MCP) - the agent can reach any CRM, ERP, ticketing or scheduling system that runs an MCP server, with no custom build in between.
- n8n - an official Telzino node lets any workflow start an agent; mid-call the agent calls workflows back over a standard webhook. Self-hosted or cloud.
- Stripe - card payments taken on the call.
- Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Slack, Twilio.
- Google Places - business listing lookup.
- Developer API - provision agents programmatically for every customer you onboard.
Platform capabilities
- Completes the transaction: card payments, warm transfer, email and SMS with templates, webhook support.
- Knowledge base (RAG) so the agent answers from your material, not the open internet.
- 40+ languages, custom voices, pronunciation guide, per-agent model selection, sub-100ms response.
- Every call transcribed and summarised, with shareable transcripts and secure access.
- Voice, SMS and chat - the same agent, prompt and knowledge on every channel.
- White-label on every plan: your brand, your domain, your pricing, email from your own SMTP.
Compliance
Telzino signs a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), so healthcare clients do not
stall in compliance review. Sensitive details are redacted from transcripts and
records, and the agent verifies who it is talking to before releasing information
or changing anything on an account.

Who it is for
UCaaS providers adding a new SKU on infrastructure they already own; telecom
providers adding AI answering without touching the softswitch; contact centers
deflecting after-hours, overflow and routing calls; and MSPs turning the helpdesk
line into an agent that opens tickets and escalates by itself.
